L'Arc~en~Ciel
Tierra (1994)

1. In the Air (4:51)
2. All Dead (4:17)
3. Blame (5:11)
4. Wind of Gold (4:29)
5. Blurry Eyes (4:20)
6. Inner Core (5:31)
7. Nemuri no yosete (5:15)
8. Kaze no yukue (5:24)
9. Hitomi ni utsuru mono (4:47)
10. White Feathers (7:58)

Tierra is L'Arc~en~Ciel's second album, but first major one, since their first full length album was on an Indies label.  I'll make it brief: Tierra is probably one of Laruku's best, if not the best, album they've done in their career.  Though I'm not really a big fan of Hitomi no utsuru mono and Blame, there's not a single bad song on this record.  In The Air and All Dead provide a fantastic one-two punch of an opener, Wind of Gold is a really relaxing piece that provides a very nice change of pace from the first three tracks, Inner Core is the obligatory high energy piece, and Kaze no yukue is just a really beautiful light rock song that has one of Hyde's best vocal performances ever.  White Feathers is a fairly long, and really smooth and catchy song that has many transitions.  I really can't imagine a better album ender than this one.  Blurry Eyes is also the single from this album, that would be used for the opening theme of the anime D.N.A2, and Nemuri no yosete is a video single(that didn't get a CD release, weirdly enough).  Both of these pieces are fantastic, though I do feel that Blurry Eyes is a bit overrated(it's good, but I don't think it really deserved to get onto the Clicked Singles compilation album).
