Winter Love (Single) (2006)
Overall Rating: 9/10 Speed: 2 The individual tracks, ratings and downloads are on the left. Winter Love is a single released on 11/1/2006. This song reverts back to being the traditional complete slow song (hence the high slow/melody and low speed/rhythm ratings) after trying out certain hybrid songs such as Key of Heart and Nanairo no Ashita. Winter Love, the song and title, can be seen very close to another classic single Meri Kuri, and is supposed to give off the same atmosphere. However, this song is in minor and portrays a much sadder ambience. The music video is set in an icy prison where she seems to be grieving. All in all, this song is another great slow, sad song by BoA. Candle Lights is no where near as great, but it is passable for a filler for a single. Last Christmas is not shabby at all, as the melody is actaully somewhat catchy. The single overall is great, and is definitely worth buying as well. Enjoy. |
